Recipe
1 Bag/hnab Hmoov txuas
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp tapioca starch
1/4 oz of active dry yeast
3 1/2 cup of water.
1. Mix 1/2 cup of water with that 4 tbsp that you had set aside well
and boil it. haus kom zoo li nws siab lawm set to be cool
2. Mix 1 bag flour and 4 tbsp tapioca starch together well mix
3. take 4 tbsp out into a pot/pan
mix 2 cup of water in to it mix well set a side combine with
4. the 1 cup sugar and 1/4 oz yeast in bowl add 1 cup warm water to mix well set a side
5, Mix the other flour with 2 cup of water well add the one you cook into it..mix well
and cover it and wait for 3 hours and it's ready to steam.
